My first look into the creative possibilities of needle and thread was at my grandmother’s knee watching her create detailed ornaments for Christmas. “Nana” was a gifted seamstress who lived to be 96 years old. In one of my last conversations with her, she told me that she was proud of the fact that she could “sew a fine seam.”  I hope that I would make her proud with my “fine seams.”

All of my quilts are heirloom quality. Items are made using high quality quilting cotton made by top fabric designers.  I back my quilts with Cuddle Minky from Shannon Fabrics *(Ireland). This is important as not all Minky is created equally. This deluxe 100% polyester fabric far exceeds the quality found in craft stores.
